Abstract
Historical studies of Asia and Africa are increasingly recurrent in the history degrees. Postcolonial and subternal studies are trends that students have to put into practice and know the history of this continents are an important part to have a more global vision. The road in our country to implement this knowledge has been long, but it has had positive results in recent years. The subjects of History of Asia and History of Africa in the Bachelor of History of the UANL have made new generations of graduates are more connected with the topics that were not previously that case.
